Do you believe?

A few years back, I may not have imagined myself connecting with him because, apart from being a big fan of him and his work, in my opinion, I had nothing that was a possible link between us to have a conversation. The gap was big.
Two years ago, I started podcasting with Book Talk, then later started Now Tell Us. When I got serious with it, a new awakening hit me and I realised that I was now in a position with the potential to have a conversation with any living person on earth regardless of status, easily and with confidence. That’s what I now believe. What do you currently believe about your position and potential?
Talking of believe, that is Carmichael’s word. He believes that individuals and especially entrepreneurs should all have a single word that easily identifies with them. His is “believe”.
That word reminds me of Napoleon Hill’s quote;
“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”
Before Napoleon though, Jesus had said it.
“If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.” -Matthew 21:22
With that in mind, I was inspired to write this article for you. To encourage you and urge you to take this as a reminder to search within and know what you believe. What you have always believed has been a great influence to everything that has led you to where you are and what you have. Use this opportunity to make a choice of what to believe from now henceforth because what you continue to believe will be a big determinant of where you’ll be and what you will have in the years to come. What you believe, you will achieve.
I know this because I have done it. Do likewise.
As you make your choice, let me hereby lean on Evan’s suggestion to have one word to myself. I choose “Achieve”.
Do I need to explain how I came to that? If you have been here long enough, it’s more than clear. It’s my word and I wish it on you. I wish that you achieve.
